#1 Comprehensive Smile Rehabilitation
Problem
The patient presented with a complex case requiring full smile rehabilitation. The clinical case spanned 3 years. The condition of the teeth included:
• presence of dental caries and old restorations,
• inflammation at the root apex (identified on CBCT),
• need for orthodontic correction,
• aesthetic and functional impairment requiring comprehensive restoration.
Solution
At the initial stage, comprehensive diagnostics were performed, including CBCT, followed by the development of a detailed treatment plan:
☑️ Professional oral hygiene – an essential preparatory step before all further procedures. The patient also received individual recommendations for at-home oral care.
☑️ Conservative (therapeutic) treatment:
• Caries removal
• Replacement of old fillings
• Root canal therapy, including retreatment of a tooth with periapical inflammation identified on CBCT.
☑️ Orthodontic treatment – with the use of fixed braces (note: nowadays, clear aligners are more commonly used).
☑️ Final prosthetic stage – performed by the team at Hudkov Dental Clinic:
• Tooth preparation for veneers and crowns

#2 Smile Rehabilitation
Problem

#3 Total smile rehabilitation
Problem
The patient presented with chipped teeth, inflammatory processes at the roots, and old fillings, as well as dissatisfaction with smile aesthetics and discomfort while chewing. A comprehensive rehabilitation was required to restore both function and the aesthetic appearance of the smile.
Solution
After performing a computer tomography scan, a comprehensive treatment plan was developed. During the rehabilitation, the following procedures were carried out:
• professional oral hygiene and guidance for daily home care,
• therapeutic treatment: root canals, caries treatment, and replacement of old fillings,
• surgical intervention: simultaneous dental implant placement,
• prosthetic phase: preparation of teeth for crowns and veneers, and final placement.
The treatment lasted 1 year and successfully restored chewing function and the aesthetic harmony of the smile.
#4 Total smile rehabilitation
Problem
The patient presented with concerns about poor smile aesthetics, severely damaged and non-restorable teeth, as well as discomfort while chewing. The condition required a comprehensive approach to restore both proper chewing function and dental aesthetics.
Solution
We carried out a staged, comprehensive rehabilitation, including endodontic treatment, tooth preparation for crowns and veneers, extraction of non-restorable teeth followed by implant placement, and final prosthetic restoration. After detailed diagnostics and treatment planning, the entire process took 7 months. As a result, we successfully restored chewing function, improved smile aesthetics, and achieved a stable, long-term outcome with regular follow-up care.
#5 Endodontic Treatment (Root Canal Therapy)
Problem
The patient first visited 1 year and 2 months ago for a routine dental check-up.
Initial X-rays showed a hidden carious lesion, but due to work obligations, treatment was postponed.
